Nature Reserve sub surface survey to monitor beaver activity

YellowScan
April 17, 2024

Location – Idle Valley, Retford.

Beavers had been recently re-introduced into the Nature Reserve and the Navigator was used to survey sub surface to monitor activity.

Findings – we found the beavers kept to ‘highways’ to move around the reserve. We also identified a group of submerged wood from trees that they had kept for storage for the winter

Time from drone flight to processing the data on site as shown on the page was 45 minutes.
