Returns & Refunds

  1. Whilst we strive to provide the best service and the most suitable drone for the application, sometimes situations change or evolve, so what you purchased from us, may no longer be suitable or most appropriate. In all instances, please contact us, where we will endeavour to solve your issue. Please state your invoice number, product you are wanting to return and why. Please be aware that we only sell equipment and services to businesses exclusively, so most consumer rights do not apply.
  2. Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis, and we will decide in our sole discretion whether we will provide a refund.
  3. As a rule, equipment cannot be returned due to software issues – this is a manufacturer issue. Whilst we maybe unable to provide a refund in this instance, we can still assist finding a solution.
  4. Equipment cannot be returned or refunded because a legislative change has rendered the product obsolete or no longer fit for its intended use.
  5. If we decide to refund you, the equipment must be considered “new” and must not have been used in any way. This includes all original accessories, undamaged packaging and any additional extras.
  6. Some manufacturers, including those supplied by DJI and Parrot, have equipment that is considered “used” as soon as they have been activated.
    1. To be “activated”, equipment may be charged, powered on, updated or installed. There may be other uses which result in goods being activated which are not listed in this refund policy. Typically, any activated product will not be refundable, however in some instances we may accept a return if a stocking fee is paid – this typically ranges from 20-40%.
  7. Equipment that is used or damaged will not be refunded in any circumstances.
  8. Any equipment for which we do not hold stock, and have ordered in at your request, will not be refunded in any circumstances.
  9. The final decision as to whether equipment is considered used, and/or is eligible for a refund, ultimately lies with aetha.
