The DJI Zenmuse L1 LiDAR payload, (often referred to as DJI L1) for the Matrice 300 series is based on the Livox LiDAR module, which provides a great level of detail whilst reducing Size, Weight and Power (SWaP) requirements. It features a 20MP visual camera for point cloud colouring that facilitates the creation of highly detailed models.
Acquire 2 km2 of point cloud data in a single flight or produce true-colour point cloud models in real-time using the Livox frame Lidar module with a 70°FOV and a visible light camera with a 1-inch sensor.
Render centimetre-accurate reconstructions due to the high-accuracy IMU, a vision sensor for positioning accuracy, and the incorporation of GNSS data.
The IP44 rating allows the Zenmuse L1 to be operated in damp environments, such as rain or fog. The Lidar module’s active scanning method enables you to fly in the dark.

DJI Terra fuses the IMU and GNSS data for point cloud and visible light calculations, in addition to conducting POS data calculations so you can easily generate reconstructed models and accuracy reports.
